Having carried out the job of distribution at Lewis pie & pasty co for 6 years I have noticed a vast change in destination, six years ago we used to distribute to Birmingham, London and Plymouth. Now we send products all over the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Malta the list goes on and on. Each day brings a new challenge and is never the same. All I need to do now is get the sales team to take me with them when they visit Hawaii.
