Lewis Pies will work alongside the client to develop a product to the customer’s specification.   This may be to accommodate a regional, cultural or customer taste and can mean the adaptation of a filling or ingredient resulting in a change of taste, texture or shape.

Examples of such service are a range of Halal products developed following lengthy discussions with a customer meeting the needs of a culturally diverse community. 

A quality range of vegetarian products developed which are sold at festivals throughout the country.
