Wholesome food of the highest quality is always Lewis' promise to our customers. All our products use non hydrogenated fat and GM free ingredients; we'll soon remove all traces of MSG and we're continually monitoring salt levels inline with salt reduction guidelines. We're proud of our heritage and are committed to using only locally Welsh sourced products, whenever possible. Our meat is purchased unprocessed off the bone; inspected and processed in house by our experienced butcher - Andrew.
