And, what better month to begin? With the holidays just around the corner, and spooky festivities kicking off across the globe, it’s nice to stay indoors with something cosy and comforting.
So, without further ado, October’s pie of the month is the Wilfreds Spicy Cauliflower and Spinach Balti Pie!
Things are getting pretty chilly this month, especially here in Wales. When buttoning up your coat isn’t enough, you can always rely on a hot pie to warm you up. Especially when that Pie is as hot as this one.
With a blend of spices worthy of Autumn, this plant-based vegetarian masterpiece contains chickpeas, lentils, and spinach. This creates a good combination of textures, and is wonderfully hearty on a cold day. Additionally, its flavoured with coconut, garlic and ginger. This is the perfect October pie.
