Have a question that needs an answer? Take a look at our FAQ below.
Q: When will I get my delivery?
A: Usually within five working days. You can request a specific date, but we rarely deliver on weekends.
Q: How far do you deliver?
A: For most of our products, we deliver just about everywhere within England and Wales, as well as a few places in Scotland. Our website won’t let you order anything if your postcode is out of range, so if you’re unsure, you can give it a go and see if it works.
Q: What happened to my favourite pie?
A: The products on our website change frequently. If an item you’ve received in the past is no longer on our website, then it is likely out of stock or has been discontinued. For example, we no longer sell birthday cakes. We try to keep our range interesting, so if there’s something you liked that’s gone, then you can hopefully find a new favourite soon.
Q: When do you restock your Mince Pies?
A: This changes annually but as a guideline, here’s what we did in 2021. In early November, we began releasing our Mince Pies on our website in small batches. Whenever a new batch was in stock, we sent out an email to our subscribers, and then posted about it on social media. Follow us there for more information.
Q: What if I don’t like my product?
A: Although a lot of work goes into making our pies tasty, sometimes they won’t be to your taste. Everybody is different. Thankfully, our range is wide enough that you should be able to find something you like. We’re sorry if you don’t like the first thing you try, but don’t give up hope. There’s plenty of pies to go around.
Q: How do you deliver?
A: We use DPD for many of our deliveries, but we also have our own vans for delivering in South Wales. Either way, our products are carefully packaged to try and ensure they get to you in one piece. We’ve found DPD to be quite good, but there are occasional errors that our out of our control. We hope this doesn’t cause problems for you, but its important to keep in mind.
