We’re a third-generation, family-run bakery based in Swansea, producing pies, pasties, sausage rolls and more for foodservice, retail, and private-label partners across the UK and Europe. Capabilities & Services
Yes. Our NPD team works with you from concept to launch, creating custom recipes, shapes, fillings, and packaging to suit your brief. Whether it’s plant-based, vegetarian, halal, or allergen-specific, we can meet your requirements and run trials before scaling production.
Absolutely. We regularly reverse-engineer and enhance recipes for clients. Our process includes matching taste, texture, and appearance — often while improving cost, shelf life, or sustainability.
For bespoke products, we work to sensible MOQs based on production efficiency and your distribution needs. For stock lines, we can supply from as little as one mixed pallet.
Production & Quality
We are BRCGS AA certified, operate a nut-free site, and run under full HACCP control to ensure product safety and consistency. Our site is regularly audited and fully compliant with UK food safety legislation.
Allergen control is built into our production process. We use dedicated handling, swab testing, and full batch sign-off before products leave the bakery — overseen by our full-time technical team.
Lead times vary depending on product complexity, but we pride ourselves on flexibility. Some lines are available from stock for immediate dispatch; bespoke runs are scheduled to align with your timelines.
Buying & Accounts
Yes. We start with a call to understand what you need, your target prices, and any issues with your current supply. From there, we’ll arrange samples for you to try — and if needed, we can tweak recipes or formats to make sure they’re exactly right.
If you already have an account, simply place your order via your usual contact or email. New customers can get started by contacting us — we’ll talk through your needs, send samples if needed, and guide you through the process.
It’s quick and straightforward. Our accounts team will take your details, carry out a credit check, and work out the type of account we can set up for you. We’ll then confirm your terms and delivery options so you can start ordering.
Yes. Every customer is looked after by a dedicated account manager who understands your business and can help with orders, new product opportunities, and any queries.
Sustainability
We’ve invested in a 452kWh solar array, energy-efficient refrigeration, and zero-waste packaging solutions. Our cardboard elimination project alone has removed over 8 tonnes of waste annually. We continually review processes to lower our carbon footprint.
Yes. We work with clients to meet packaging, sourcing, and waste reduction targets — including reusable transport containers, recyclable materials, and responsible ingredient sourcing.
Logistics & Distribution
We offer nationwide next-day delivery across mainland UK and can ship to multiple locations, including the EU and Ireland, via our trusted logistics partners.
We operate a strict chill/freeze chain with temperature-controlled vehicles and packaging designed to maintain product integrity.
