BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standards)
To trade with some of the largest and most respected food businesses in the UK, we work to the BRCGS standard, an internationally recognized food safety and quality management certification. We undergo annual audits to ensure we maintain our high standards. Our last three audit results have been AA, AA, and AA+, demonstrating consistent excellence in food safety and quality management. Most recently, in 2024, we underwent an unannounced audit and were awarded an AA* grade, further solidifying our commitment to superior operational practices.
We understand the critical importance of the BRCGS standard for the continued success of our business. For this reason, it is fully integrated into our daily routines and processes, ensuring that we uphold the highest levels of food safety and quality control.

Sustainable Palm
As a user of palm fats, we are a Sustainably Accredited Site. This means that all the palm we use is sourced from certified, responsibly managed sources. By choosing sustainable palm, we help to mitigate the environmental and social impacts that are often associated with palm oil production. Our commitment ensures that our products are free from deforestation, habitat destruction, and the exploitation of workers and communities.
Through this accreditation, we support practices that protect biodiversity, reduce environmental impact, and promote ethical sourcing throughout the entire supply chain. By using sustainable palm, we not only improve the quality of our products but also contribute to a more responsible and ethical global food system.
Halal
We understand the importance of providing Halal-certified products, particularly for our major contracts with airlines and government bodies. As such, we are fully accredited by HQC, a recognized Halal certification body. Our site is completely pork-free, and we take our commitment to Halal standards extremely seriously, ensuring we meet the cultural and religious requirements of our customers.
We are committed to rigorous processes and regular audits to guarantee compliance, ensuring that every product we produce meets the highest standards of authenticity and integrity. This dedication gives our customers confidence in the quality of the products we supply, and our ongoing commitment to Halal standards reflects the importance of respecting all cultural and religious practices.
Red Tractor
As part of our commitment to ensuring traceability, food safety, and sustainability, we are proud to be certified by Red Tractor on certain customer products, the UK’s largest food assurance scheme. The Red Tractor logo assures consumers that our products meet rigorous standards for food safety, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability. Our agile manufacturing process means that if a customer required certain inclusions and standards for their products we can often accommodate them.
By adhering to these standards, we demonstrate our commitment to ethical farming practices and a transparent food supply chain. Our participation in the Red Tractor scheme ensures that every ingredient in our products can be traced back to a reliable source, providing customers with peace of mind about the origins and quality of the food they consume.
